Well, all of us here in Minnesota who are still "Dreaming of a White Christmas" got a taste of it this afternoon. But, instead of a nice, peaceful whitening, we first got several hours of rain, followed by a few hours of sleet, topped off by another layer of rain, all of which will be freezing into a potentially dangerous sandwich overnight. I, luckily, spent the better part of the afternoon helping out at my oldest daughter's Holiday party. The drive was only about 1/2 mile, and I will be missing the afternoon rush hour leaving our downtown area.
Tomorrow morning.........Who knows
It will be nice to hunker down and stay warm for the rest of the night.
My advice would be the for everyone around here to do the same.
